Our foam shop in Oxnard fabricates a wide variety of specialty items from EPS foam.

EPS makes a versatile and ultra lightweight medium that allows for endless creativity. Prowall EPS has been used to produce decorative medallions for historic buildings, gothic finials and capstones for gated entryways and carved Roman limestone door surrounds. A life size Texas longhorn bull was hand carved in our shop recently for use in casting a bronze sculpture. Sports team logos, terra cotta relief wall panels, elegant quatrefoils and a stone walled trade show booth have all been produced in our shop. Our custom design projects grace both residential and commercial spaces alike. EPS architectural elements can lend style and dramatic punctuation to almost any structure. If you can draw us a picture we can probably produce the object!

If you can imagine it, it can be fabricated from ProWall EPS foam. Here sculptor Joe Wertheimer puts the finishing touches on a Texas longhorn that, after molding and casting, will grace the property of a homeowner in Malibu, California.
